heybij Terms & Conditions

1.1 Agreement. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and heybij ("heybij", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at heybij.net. These Terms govern all aspects of your registration, account use, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play, and any other interaction with the heybij Platform.

1.2 Amendments. heybij reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, heybij will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

1.3 Language. The official language of these Terms is English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

1.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on heybij.net, constitute the entire agreement between you and heybij regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, accept a bonus, or place any bet on the heybij Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above. heybij reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, including before processing any withdrawal.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The heybij Platform is operated for and marketed to adult players in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of heybij complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold a heybij account or participate in any heybij promotion:

• Any individual under the age of 18 years;
• Any current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of heybij or any of its affiliated entities;
• Any immediate family member (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) of a current or former heybij employee or contractor;
• Any individual who has been self-excluded from the heybij Platform;
• Any individual whose account has been previously closed by heybij for breach of these Terms.

2.4 KYC Verification. heybij is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address. heybij may request additional documentation at its reasonable discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.5 Underage Play. If heybij determines at any point that a registered player is, or was at the time of registration, under 18 years of age, heybij will immediately close the account, void all game rounds played, and forfeit the entire account balance. heybij will not return any deposits to a minor and will report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) heybij account. Registration of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. heybij employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances — including deposits and pending withdrawals — will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your heybij account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your heybij username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. heybij will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify heybij immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. heybij operates a two-factor OTP (one-time password) verification system for new-device logins. When you access your account from a device or browser not previously associated with your account, a one-time verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number. You must enter this code to complete the login. This is a security measure and cannot be disabled.

Account Details You Must Not Share

• Your heybij username and password;
• Your OTP verification codes received via SMS;
• Your linked bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account credentials;
• Any documents uploaded for KYC verification;
• Any session tokens or authentication cookies.

3.5 Account Updates. It is your responsibility to keep your heybij account details up to date. If your registered email address, mobile number, or residential address changes, you must update your account information promptly via the account settings dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

4.1 Deposits. Deposits to your heybij account may be made via any supported payment method listed above. The minimum deposit is ৳500 BDT per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by heybij, although individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your heybij account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Deposit Ownership. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to a third party — including family members — are strictly prohibited. Where heybij identifies a third-party deposit, the deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method and the transaction reversed. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawals — General. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your heybij account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC identity verification before processing. heybij does not charge withdrawal fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within four (4) hours of the request being approved. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits. The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳200,000 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Players wishing to withdraw amounts in excess of ৳200,000 BDT must submit multiple withdrawal requests on separate occasions. heybij reserves the right to request enhanced KYC documentation for large withdrawal requests.

4.6 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. heybij operates an "original payment method" withdrawal policy. Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available or active, heybij may process the withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method registered to the player's account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus. New players who make their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 BDT or more are eligible for the heybij welcome bonus of 200% up to ৳50,000 BDT. The welcome bonus is credited to your account as bonus funds within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible new player once only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to your heybij account are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount in BDT before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. For example, a ৳10,000 BDT bonus carries a wagering requirement of ৳300,000 BDT. Only real-money wagers count towards wagering requirements; bonus-funded wagers do not count. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type as specified in clause 5.4 below.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds expire thirty (30) days after the date of crediting. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining in your account after 30 days will be automatically removed. Wagering-requirement progress will also be reset to zero on bonus expiry.

5.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. The following contribution rates apply:

• Slots (all providers): 100% contribution;
• Live casino — baccarat, roulette, blackjack: 10% contribution;
• Crash games (Aviator, etc.): 50% contribution;
• Sports betting — pre-match: 100% contribution (minimum odds 1.5);
• Sports betting — in-play: 50% contribution;

• Progressive jackpot slots: 5% contribution.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. heybij operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using a bonus in combination with low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk; colluding with other players to cycle bonus funds; and any other behaviour that heybij reasonably determines to constitute manipulation of the bonus system. Where bonus abuse is detected, heybij reserves the right to void all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings and to permanently close the associated account.

5.6 Recurring Promotions. heybij offers a weekly Saturday reload bonus, a Monday live casino cashback offer, and seasonal promotions for Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. Each recurring promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published on the heybij promotions page at the time the offer is active. General bonus terms (wagering, expiry, abuse policy) apply to all recurring promotions unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms.

5.7 heybij Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. heybij reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while players are actively participating and have not yet completed the associated wagering requirement, heybij will give reasonable consideration to affected players on a case-by-case basis.

6.1 Lawful Use. You agree to use the heybij Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Platform in any way that causes or is likely to cause damage to the Platform, interruption to other users, or harm to heybij's reputation.

6.2 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the heybij Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by heybij;
• Exploiting any error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime;
• Providing false identification or impersonating any other person during KYC verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software;
• Placing "lay" bets or arbitrage bets in combination with bonus funds for the purpose of minimising genuine play risk;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards heybij staff or other users.

6.3 Responsible Use of Funds. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. You agree to wager only funds that you can afford to lose. heybij strongly encourages all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings dashboard after login.

6.4 Accurate Communications. All communications you send to heybij — whether via email, live chat, or any other channel — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information to heybij support staff is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

6.5 Compliance with Platform Rules. Each game and betting market on the heybij Platform is governed by specific game rules published within the game interface or sports betting section. You agree to familiarise yourself with and comply with the applicable game rules before participating. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail.

7.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your heybij account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email address. Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited on voluntary account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to stop gambling on heybij for a defined period or permanently, you may activate self-exclusion from your account settings dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods available range from one (1) week to permanent exclusion. Once self-exclusion is activated, your account login will be blocked immediately. heybij will make reasonable efforts to ensure that marketing communications are also suspended during your self-exclusion period. The self-exclusion option is a responsible gaming tool and heybij takes its implementation seriously.

7.3 Suspension by heybij. heybij reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where heybij has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes;
• You have provided false registration or KYC information;
• Your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party;
• Suspicious betting patterns or bonus abuse have been detected;
• heybij is required to suspend the account by applicable law or a lawful regulatory instruction.

7.4 Closure by heybij. Following investigation of a suspended account, heybij may permanently close the account where a breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon closure for cause, heybij reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where the closure is the result of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, underage play, or any other serious breach of these Terms.

7.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. heybij will notify you by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 BDT to inactive accounts. The dormancy fee will cease when the account balance reaches zero. heybij will not apply a dormancy fee to an account that has been formally self-excluded.

8.1 Platform Availability. heybij endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. heybij shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond heybij's reasonable control.

8.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection during a game round, display errors, or incorrect odds being shown due to a technical fault — heybij reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered stake to your account balance. heybij shall not be liable for any losses arising from a game malfunction. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the heybij Platform.

8.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, heybij's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to heybij in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Indirect Losses. heybij shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

8.5 Third-Party Services. The heybij Platform integrates third-party services including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi) and payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and partner banks). heybij is not liable for any failure, delay, error, or loss arising from the actions or omissions of these third-party service providers. Any dispute relating to a payment transaction should be directed in the first instance to heybij support at [email protected].

8.6 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that heybij cannot guarantee any positive outcome from your use of the Platform. All losses incurred through legitimate game play and settled sports bets are your sole responsibility. heybij's responsible gaming tools are provided to assist you in managing your play — their use is your responsibility.

8.7 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to heybij's operational jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through heybij's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

8.8 Complaints Process. If you have a complaint regarding the heybij Platform, game outcomes, bonus treatment, or any other matter, you should contact [email protected] in the first instance. heybij will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. heybij is committed to resolving all legitimate complaints fairly and promptly.
